Security, translated.
I spent years consulting for large enterprises, where security budgets are measured in the hundreds of thousands and every organisation has a team behind it. The not-for-profits and small businesses I'd meet outside that world had none of that: no budget for advice, and no budget for the products that make advice worth having. Community Cyber is what happens when you take that enterprise experience and build it specifically for the organisations everyone else has priced out.
What we believe
If you don't understand the advice, it's useless. We explain everything in plain language, and never make anyone feel small for asking.
Done well, security wins you trust, with funders, insurers and customers. It's not a cost centre, and it's definitely not a fear tactic.
Security that's too complex to maintain doesn't get maintained. We aim for the version your team can actually keep running: simple enough to live with day to day, effective enough to stop what it's meant to stop.
